Hoop is an outdoor lounger designed with precise engineering and a strong focus on circular design. It features a metal structure that supports a fully 3D-printed EcoTPU foam seat, paired with a removable fabric cover. The removable components allow the product to be easily disassembled, supporting repair, reuse, and recycling.

The lounger is designed without the use of adhesives, enabling clean assembly and material separation. Hoop is available in multiple fabric options, allowing customers to choose finishes that suit their preferences and outdoor environments.

Material & Construction

The seat is formed as a single, circular block using 3D-printed EcoTPU foam. The foam features varying density, transitioning from a firmer base, where it interfaces with the metal frame, to a softer upper surface for adaptive comfort. This density variation enhances both structural performance and seating comfort while maintaining material efficiency.

Sustainability

Hoop is designed as a circular product. The combination of recyclable EcoTPU foam, a detachable fabric cover, and a durable metal frame enables disassembly and responsible end-of-life processing. The design prioritises longevity, material efficiency, and reduced environmental impact.
