Koza emerges from the desire to offer a product that keeps alive the tradition of Portuguese pottery, combined with a minimalist and contemporary design.
The lighting pieces have a simple design with organic lines that blend well in all sort of decorating environments. They become visually light to have a long life in the space they occupy. Versatile and timeless pieces, in earthy and neutral tones, that will bring a new light to interior spaces.
We preserve the craftsmanship in the manufacture of each of our pieces, bringing unique pieces into your homes that respect fundamental values and symbolize the Portuguese cultural heritage.
Studio Typo
We are a design practice driven by circularity to support the future health of our planet. We make furniture, art and design products using pioneering and sustainable materials. By closely managing the production process, we offer a fully transparent model.Our name comes from the noun Type, meaning ‘a category of people or things having common characteristics’. Everything we make is developed to strict design criteria to ensure consistency and alignment with our environmental ambitions.Our first piece is called Replica and is made from 100% recycled plastic, including yoghurt pots. The surface is a white marble effect with fragments of labels showing.
