Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3 working days, while made-to-order or custom artworks will specify creation and processing times on the listing. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days, and international orders within 2-3 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue promptly. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within five days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. If your refund request is approved, we will aim to process your refund within 7 days of approval.
