Tom Pigeon is the pen name of designer, maker and artist Kirsty Thomas. The Tom Pigeon studio was founded in 2014, a space to explore form, colour, materials and process and work across lots of different disciplines. I love the challenge and excitement of new projects and have worked across print, homewares, jewellery, sculpture, paintings, textiles and stationery. I have even designed the occasional garden! 

Collaboration is a huge part of my process and since launching in 2014 I have worked with clients, galleries and design stores around the world. I have also been lucky enough to create bespoke product ranges for The Barbican, Tate Modern, The Design Museum, the V&A, Team GB and Johnson Tiles. If you're interested in collaborating I would love to have a chat. 

I work with amazing people who are passionate and knowledgable about their craft; small-scale screen printers, traditional foil-blockers, old-school letterpress workshops, family-run metal-workers and independent makers. Our products are created and manufactured with love!

Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. Overseas orders may take slightly longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days for delivery. Occasionally items may take slightly longer but we'll let you know if this is the case. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately and offer you a full refund. 

We pack all of our products carefully to make sure they arrive in great condition. Prints up to A3 size will be sent out flat with board backing. Larger prints will be rolled and sent out in a postal tube. We charge a standard shipping cost across all products.

All UK orders are sent 1st class post by Royal Mail. International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked.

Policies

We hope you love your Tom Pigeon purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you have just changed your mind please let us know immediately. We are happy to refund or replace unworn/unused items (except earrings), returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch. Earrings can only be returned to us for refund or replacement if they are faulty. If your order arrives damaged in any way please get in touch with detailed photos so we can resolve the issue.

We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If you return something to us we will notify you by email to let you know we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
